Apollo’s Story

Prospect Primer founder Apollo O’Neil runs O’Neil’s Tree Service, one of the best rated tree service companies in the Tampa Bay area. Like many service pros, he used to spend hours every week explaining the ins and outs of his work to his customers: why tree services mattered, what the risks were, and how to spot poor-quality work.

It wasn’t just about closing the sale—it was about doing right by the customer. “I wanted people to be educated enough to make a good decision,” Apollo says. “That way, they didn’t get misled by someone who wasn’t qualified.”

But time was limited, especially with Apollo’s growing family. And as marketing costs rose, so did the pressure to make every lead count. To make sales more efficient and effective, Apollo began creating short, engaging videos to teach prospects what they needed to know before getting a quote.
